New Timber Windows showrooms opened in 2023

2023 proved to be one of the busiest years Timber Windows has had to date. In addition to exhibiting at wonderful shows such as Goodwood Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival and the beautiful RHS flowers shows at Hampton Court and Tatton Park; as well as numerous county and local shows, we also opened 6 beautiful new showrooms. This takes us to 49 showrooms across the country, let’s take a closer look at the new locations here:

Saffron Walden – Essex

As a picturesque market town near the Essex/Cambridgeshire border, opening a new showroom in Saffron Walden has given us a crucial presence in a new area, and the opportunity to further enhance an already highly sought after area, with numerous stunning properties.

Saffron Walden is known for its focus on independent shops and businesses, and boasts stunning, historic buildings and mediaeval architecture. Our natural, engineered timber windows and doors are a perfect fit for the area where its residents already have a traditional approach and numerous historic buildings where timber is the natural choice.

Centrally located in the town, you can find our beautiful, chocolate box style showroom on the high street, at Abbey House, number 53. You can also visit the showroom page directly here and speak to the team directly there to arrange a visit.

Stamford – Lincolnshire

Our second new showroom of 2023 opened in the charming Lincolnshire town of Stamford. This joins Caythorpe as our second showroom in Lincolnshire, with both locations being managed by the same, fantastic team. The showroom provides a wonderful demonstration of our beautiful range of timber windows and doors, with local experts on hand to help you with your project.

Famous for its stone buildings, multiple mediaeval churches and timber framed buildings, Stamford is a wonderful tourist destination for those interested in British history. It still runs an annual mid-lent fair, that has been a feature of the town since the Middle Ages. It is not only the largest fair in Lincolnshire, it is also one of the largest in the country and is even mentioned in Shakespeare’s ‘Henry IV’ play.

Teddington – London

In the desirable London borough of Richmond upon Thames, we opened our third new showroom of the year in Teddington. As a mainly residential area, with plenty of shopping options and fantastic transport links, the new showroom further increases our presence in the Capital city. This allows us to further serve the people of London, and with a train station nearby, it is conveniently located for people within and outside London, looking for new timber windows and doors.

Sunningdale – Berkshire

Famously located close to both Ascot racecourse, and Wentworth golf course, we opened our new showroom in the Berkshire village of Sunningdale in June 2023. The showroom is run by the same experienced team that manage our Hartley Wintney showroom (link), with the new showroom giving them the opportunity to further expand their team and reach.

For regular visitors to Sunningdale, the showroom is located just down the road from the famous luxury car dealership, so, we are easy to find!

Reigate – Surrey

Voted as one of the best places to live by The Times in 2023, Reigate became our fifth new showroom to open last year. The showroom has further increased our presence in Surrey, with showrooms already established in Guildford, Esher and Caterham. As a highly populous county, our aim is to be within easy reach of those seeking new timber windows and doors. With the new showroom conveniently located on Reigate’s already bustling and popular high street (number 64 to be precise), we feel we are situated to do exactly that.

Reigate has always been an aspirational location for homeowners. As a market town with mediaeval origins, it is known for its beautiful scenery, while boasting fantastic transport links to London, making Reigate a popular commuter location too. It is also famous for its food, with many world cuisines represented in the town, so a visit to our showroom can be a small part of a wonderful day out in Surrey.

Battersea – London

Our final showroom opening of 2023 was in the beautiful London borough of Battersea. Earlier in the year, we closed our existing showroom on the outskirts of Wimbledon and took the decision to relocate to Battersea. The new showroom is managed by the same team, and boasts a fantastic shop front to showcase our product range.

The showroom is located at 133 Northcote Road, a long straight street, full of exciting independent businesses and shops. It truly is a wonderful street for a stroll to take in the atmosphere, and we’re delighted to be a part of this bustling community. It is also very close to Clapham Junction tube station, so is a convenient visit for all.

Plans are underway for continued expansion of our showroom network, in new towns and regions throughout 2024. We will also be attending numerous national and local showrooms across Spring and Summer with our beautiful show vehicle.
