Voted in 2025 as the Best place to live in the UK (and annually voted as one of the best places to live in Essex), Saffron Walden is a beautiful, historic market town, famous for its market square, and characterful buildings, many of which are protected with a Listed Status.

The showroom is easy to find, situated on the High Street, in a beautiful Chocolate Box style shop, next to Arkwright & Co Estate Agents.

Upon entering the showroom, you will be greeted by a beautiful example of our Westonbirt style door with a toplight. Finished in a colour complementary to Farrow & Ball ‘Inchyra Blue’, with Antique Brass Unlacquered Samuel Heath hardware, this wonderful front door would boost the functionality, kerb appeal and beauty of any home.

As you walk through our showroom, you will find multiple examples of our range of engineered timber windows and doors, including a charming, Stratfield style stable door in ‘Cream’, a functional and stylish solution for those with young children and/or pets.

Alternative door and window styles available to view can complement a multitude of styles and periods including 1930’s properties, Georgian townhouses, Victorian homes, country cottages and everything between. Many options for customisation are also possible including glazing designs, stained glass, and hardware and ironmongery choices, as well as a vast selection of paint colours including those that complement well-known brands such as Farrow & Ball, Fired Earth and Little Greene.

Other products throughout the showroom display our range of entrance doors, French doors, casement windows and sash windows, while we also offer sliding patio doors and bi-fold doors as part of our suite of products.

All products on offer are made to order, to your requirements, and are supplied as standard with energy efficient, performance double glazing. Our dedicated range for listed buildings also includes conservation area friendly single glazing, where local rules require. Customisation options available with our range allow you to style your new timber windows and doors to your property in an authentic way that will both enhance its value and beauty, and also reflect your vision as it’s homeowner.
