Working in Partnership with Manon Lagrève
We are delighted to announce that we are working in partnership with Manon Lagrève as part of her home renovation project. If you, like millions nationwide, are a fan of The Great British Bake Off, home baking, or are partial to a nice coffee, you may be familiar with Manon and her work already.
Manon reached the quarter finals on season 9 of GBBO, and in the time since appearing on the show, has become a cookbook author as well as founder and proprietor of coffee brand ‘Café Manon’. She uses her extensive skills, knowledge and experience in baking to inspire and teach others with the same passion via her ever-growing social media platforms. As a mum of a young family living in the capital city, she resonates with many across the country in raising her family and ensuring they eat well-prepared, high-quality food.
18 months ago, Manon and her partner purchased a beautiful, 4 storey townhouse in Southwest London. This idyllic property from the Victorian era still boasts the original sash windows installed when the house was first constructed. While beautiful in their appearance, Manon and her family have struggled with the operation of them, with many of them painted shut, and all featuring draughty, single glazing. In short, and in Manon’s words, they are in dire need of replacement.
Living close to Battersea, and walking down Northcote Road one day with her family, Manon and her partner found our Battersea showroom, where they saw and tried our range first hand, and spoke to a member of the team about her property. Working on London properties, and in particular, sash windows, is a Timber Windows speciality, so we were proud that Manon fell in love with our range, and chose us for her home renovation project.
Manon’s new sash windows are due to be installed over a 5-day period in due course, following which we will post another article about the property and the new windows in detail.
