Retain the character of your property with our double glazed flush casement windows. These traditional windows are beautifully understated in their design and, as with all our timber windows, they come with the option of matching to Farrow & Ball or Fired Earth colours or wood stains to complement and enhance your home.
The flush casement window sees frame and window sash itself sitting flat across the outer surface, cleanly shutting into the frame.
Pre-finished with a micro-porous paint or wood stain, our timber windows requires minimal maintenance and carry extensive warranties, so you can be sure that your new windows will be nothing but a pleasure for years to come.
No compromises, our double-glazed timber flush casement windows offer the same benefits that uPVC windows can; excellent insulation, security and are very low maintenance whilst providing superior strength, environmentally friendly and adding value to your home.
Most importantly real timber windows simply look stunning.
Casement windows are simple windows that are hinged on one side, they were the most common type of window in Britain before the sash window became the number one choice. This style is synonymous with British properties and can restore the traditional look on older properties and add character to new ones.
The casement window is constructed using engineered timber for a strong, unyielding, easy maintenance window and is finished with several key components – hinges, stays and window lever handles.
Engineered timber has been used to create wide-span structures even in areas of high moisture content and is used the world over. This very simple and clever technique produces a material that is very strong and resistant to any warping or twisting. Combining this material with the traditional window design produces a highly durable window that has a great life expectation and low maintenance.
The double glazing we fit as standard offers excellent thermal properties surpassing current building regulations. With the obvious improvements in insulation your windows can save energy and also remain within the building regulations for many years to come.
Finishing your casement windows with the right window furniture – handles / fasteners and stays, can give your windows entirely different character on the interior, matching your style from Victorian to modern and the options range from black to polished chrome so you can complement your existing door furniture and accessories.
Choose from an extensive collection of traditional window fittings which have been uniquely adapted for our range. All fasteners are key lockable to satisfy insurance requirements. Click on an image to enlarge.
