Entrance Door, Casement Windows and French Doors
Made with style, thoughtfulness & detail
“Our experience has been really good”
Mrs Hawkes describes when speaking of replacing the doors and windows on her 1920’s Hampshire home.
“We were going to replace a patio door like-for-like in our dining area, but through taking the time to understand how we live in the house and actually never use the door, the team from the showroom in Winchester gave us some excellent advice to replace it with a large, fixed casement window instead. We’d never have thought of it, and we’re so glad we did this as it’s worked really well and lets in a lot more light.”
Flush casement windows with a fine 18mm horizontal astragal bar now take the place of much chunkier examples,
“the old windows just needed replacing and were in a yellowy colour that we weren’t at all fond of.”
Elsewhere, a lovely new set of French doors ensure that humans and felines alike can gain access to and from the garden, while a stylish Moorbank front door completes the look.
Aside from palettes featuring hundreds of colours, we can also offer you finishes that are complementary to well-known brands, such as Farrow Ball ‘Downpipe’ for the windows and ‘Lamp Room Gray’ for the front door here.
The Moorbank front door was chosen due to its design features reflecting the tall arched window at the front of the house.
“Everything throughout the whole process has been really good including the aftercare; a couple of minor product issues were dealt with speedily and to our satisfaction.”
