Restoring glory to a former forge

The home of the Davis family in Norfolk, formerly had a life as a Forge, and since becoming a residence had been furnished with ill-suited uPVC casements,

“apart from their poor looks, they allowed a lot of draughts into the house.”

“We saw a similar style, former forge elsewhere and were keen to match its originality.”

Timber Windows and doors that add character

A selection of slim sash windows, casements, an entrance door and stable door now adorn this characterful property.

“We’ve returned sash windows to the house, which is how it would have been originally.”

The enhancements appreciated by the homeowners, haven’t been limited to just appearance,

“the improvement has been really noticeable, especially the temperature inside the house, and they are as good today as when they were installed three years ago.”

“We wanted to make a good investment for the house, and whilst they’re not the cheapest products available on the market, the quality of the windows and doors is evident.”

“The windows are wonderful”
